Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend applications: Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and integration across all project areas.
• Build scalable backend services: Contribute to both frontend and backend development to create fully integrated solutions.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to help shape the development process and enhance user experience.
• Test and Optimize: Ensure that the code is robust, scalable, and performs optimally across a wide range of devices and platforms.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Full Stack Developer with a strong portfolio of frontend and backend development with BSc Degree/Diploma
• Frontend Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Backend Skills: Experience with server-side languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP.
• Database Management: Familiarity with databases such as SQL, MongoDB, or similar.
• Version Control: Experience using Git or other version control systems.
• Strong Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with team members across different functions.
• Problem-Solving: Creative and resourceful in addressing technical challenges, while also being proactive and solution-oriented.
