Frontline Receptionist (Medical Practice / Retail), Bloemfontein Central

SUMMARY:
A well established Medical / Optometry practice is looking for a dynamic Frontline Administrator for their branch in the Bloemfontein.

POSITION INFO:

• Min 2 years experience within a Medical / Optometry practice
• Retail experience
• Fluent in English, Afrikaans and Sesotho
• Computer Literacy - MS Word & Excel
• Patient Bookings
• Medical aid benefit confirmations
• Client liaison
• Sales
• Quotations
• Invoices
• Administration
• Stock control
• Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) & every second Saturday 09:00 - 13:00)
