About You:- People-Oriented: You enjoy working with people, showing empathy, and communicating clearly—especially when talking about financial matters or account balances.
- Organised & Detail-Oriented: You have strong administrative skills and can efficiently manage appointments, handle account details, and stay on top of the clinic’s workflow.
- Compassionate: Working with animals means understanding that some cases are tough. You’ll need to handle end-of-life situations with care and empathy, while also recognising the severity of injuries and illnesses.
- Resilient: This role can be emotionally challenging, but if you’re calm under pressure and grounded in your passion for helping animals, you’ll find it fulfilling.
- Comfortable in a Fast-Paced Environment: The clinic is a lively, sometimes hectic place. You should be able to stay focused and calm amidst background noise and busy schedules.
Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in administrative or reception roles, especially with debtors and account management.
- Ability to ask for payments tactfully and check balances before approving further treatment.
- Familiarity with Digitail or similar software (a bonus, but not essential).
- Confident with email and phone communication.
