SUMMARY:
5* Hotel in the Sandton area is looking for a Front Office Manager.

The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating Front Office activities.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications and experience required:

Matric & a Formal Qualification
Proficiency in MS Office / Opera / Protel experience
Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel environment in a 5* property
At least 5+ years experience as a Front Office Manager role
Office Administration and Front Office skills
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills
Experience in managing customer interactions
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent organizational skills
Must be SA citizen
