A breathtaking farm is looking for a FRESH PRODUCTION MANAGER

POSITION INFO:
We’re on the lookout for a Fresh Production Manager to oversee high-quality fresh produce operations, ensuring that only the finest fruits, vegetables, and herbs make it from our farm to the table. If you have a passion for sustainable agriculture, a keen eye for quality control, and the leadership skills to drive efficiency and innovation, this is your opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Procurement
Minimum of 3 years proven experience in Logistics, distribution and procurement in the agricultural, fresh-produce industry
Excellent customer service skills
Proven experience in managing a team
Computer literate and working knowledge of SAGE
Excellent verbal and written skills in Afrikaans and English
Excellent general knowledge of the agricultural fresh-produce industry
Knowledge of product packaging (quality and ordering)
Valid driver's license

This is a live-out position.
