• Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread various types of content including articles, blog posts, social media posts, white papers, scripts, and web content.
• Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
• Research: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and credibility.
• SEO Optimization: Use SEO principles to maximize content reach and visibility.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles and ensure content aligns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Content Strategy: Identify gaps in content and recommend new topics.
• Analytics: Monitor feedback and analytics to gauge content effectiveness and make necessary adjustments.
• Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role.
• Portfolio of published articles or other content.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Familiarity with web publications and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Strong research skills and ability to fact-check information.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field is preferred.
