SUMMARY:

Job Summary:

A well-known and rapidly expanding brand leader seeks a highly motivated Franchise Development Manager to join its leadership team. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing franchise expansion and development for the Group. This role requires a strong background in Quantity Surveying functions and project management skills. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in Asset Maintenance Management, Pipeline Development, Site Selection, and Market Analysis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Through pipeline development, lead franchise expansion initiatives.
Manage relationships with franchisees and support their growth and development.
Conduct market analysis to identify new expansion opportunities.
Oversee site selection and ensure compliance with brand standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful franchise projects.
Manage the existing asset maintenance plan and work with stakeholders to forecast and plan store refurbishments.
