SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join their warehouse team. This role requires skilled individuals who can safely and efficiently handle merchandise using forklift equipment, ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
Valid Reach Truck/Forklift License (certified).
Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
Ability to perform pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow warehouse safety procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklift equipment to move, relocate, stack, and count merchandise safely.
Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure forklifts are in good working condition.
Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct items and quantities.
Store incoming merchandise in designated warehouse locations while optimizing space utilization.
Adhere to warehouse safety guidelines and operational procedures.
