A dynamic and detail-oriented Forensic Audit Specialist is needed to play a critical role in safeguarding company assets by leading in-depth investigations into stock losses, waste management, and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

ðµï¸‍âï¸ Detect and Prevent Fraud: Conduct thorough forensic investigations to uncover fraudulent activities, mitigate risks, and reinforce compliance.
ð Collaborate with Industry Experts: Work closely with manufacturing management teams, legislative authorities, insurance industry professionals, and legal experts to ensure a holistic approach to risk management.
ð Enhance Business Processes: Identify high-risk areas, implement solutions, and strengthen business policies to prevent future losses.
ð¡ï¸ Manage Forensic Audits: Oversee external Forensic Consultants, ensuring optimal performance and top-tier service delivery.
âï¸ Lead Prosecutions & Compliance Efforts: Assist with employee relations cases, ensuring that legal action is taken when necessary.
ð° Optimise Insurance Claims: Investigate and mitigate loss exposure while protecting the company's self-insurance structures.
ð Stay Ahead of Regulations: Keep up to date with evolving laws and governance practices to ensure best-in-class risk management.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

â A relevant tertiary qualification (Diploma) in Forensics or Law.
â 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry.
â 3-5 years of experience in forensic auditing and stock management.
