Join our prestigious luxury hotel nestled in the picturesque Knysna area. We're currently seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Manager to become part of our vibrant team.

What Is Required:

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be the driving force behind our dining experiences, blending exceptional service with culinary excellence. Your role is to oversee and elevate our food and beverage operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys a memorable meal and that our team operates smoothly and efficiently.

You would also work closely with our culinary team, service staff, and vendors to deliver high-quality food and drink offerings, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive profitability. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will be key in achieving operational excellence and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric.
Diploma in Hotel Management or Food and Beverage Management.
3-5 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Familiarity with Opera and Micros systems.
Strong decision-making abilities.
Excellent influencing skills.
Adaptability and flexibility.
