Our client, a lodge in a breathtaking nature reserve, is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all dining operations. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards, managing kitchen and front-of-house teams, and overseeing stock control, budgeting, and supplier relations.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 3 Years of Food and Beverage experience, typically in supervisory or operational roles like servers, bartenders, or supervisors, shop assistants & spa therapists
• Experience in managing teams, food operations, and customer service is essential
• Experience with stock control, budgeting and supplier negotiations
• Ability to work in a remote environment with a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Familiarity with restaurant management software, point of sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, Microsoft Office programs and scheduling software
• Willingness to work various hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as the F&B industry is often operational during these times
• Valid drivers license
