Serene Coffee Shop set in a Beautiful Nursery is looking for a FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER
POSITION INFO:
Candidate requirements:
- Must have 3 â 5 years of experience in an F&B role
- Must be able to adapt to a fast-paced environment, energetic, knows how to delegate, and have excellent time management skills
- Must have experience in issuing and receiving stock
- Be firm with staff, but also able to motivate the staff
- Must be extremely customer-focused and outgoing
- Must be observant and very hands-onÂ
- Must be willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays
- Must have knowledge of food plating and drinks standards
- Must have excellent F&B skills and knowledge
- Must have good knowledge when it comes to menu design and trends Â
- Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and customers alike
- Must have financial management experience and the ability to effectivelyÂ
