SUMMARY:
NDC Personnel & Contractors is seeking a dynamic Food Technologist / Food Scientist to join a fast-paced and innovative FMCG team in Cape Town!

POSITION INFO:
If you're a team player who thrives in a challenging environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the management and implementation of food safety systems, while providing technical support to customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science, coupled with 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role, with emphasis on admin experience and food safety / quality. A solid understanding of technical processes and food safety standards is essential, and experience in food safety audits and South African labelling legislation will be advantageous.

This office-based position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office are key to succeeding in this role.
