Night Shift Food Technologist
Salary - market related

My client, who are in the FMCG (Fresh Produce) industry is looking for a Food Technologist to join their dynamic team.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Must have Grade 12
BSc Degree in food science, chemistry, food engineering or food technology
Knowledge of Food Safety in refrigerated food segment - temperature sensitive products
Knowledge of CCP's and OPRP's in high risk production
Knowledge of Food Safety (HACCP, ISO 22 000, SANS 10049, TS22002)
Knowledge of New Product Development
Proven experience within the South African FMCG industry
2 - 3 Years working experience in a similar role
Must be willing to work Night Shift - 6-day working week
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Control System and Food Safety Procedures (GMP, HACCP)
Planning/scheduling cleaning operations and ensuring that all staff are trained on the SOP's
Will also be responsible on the operational side as well as the training
