POSITION INFO:

Food Service Industry (FSI) Sales Manager required for a reputable manufacturing company based in East London , Eastern Cape 

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years’ experience in FSI / FMCG Sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership roles
• Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the food service supply chain and market dynamics.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (post graduate qualification is a plus).
• Passion: A love for the food service industry and dairy products!
• Other: Must have valid driver’s license and be able to travel as and when required

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the food service market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with food service chains, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align offerings with customer needs.
• Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
