We are seeking a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Manager to lead our food safety initiatives and ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards. The successful candidate will oversee our quality control team, manage audits, and drive new product development.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Relevant B Degree or Diploma in Food Science and Technology
- ISO, HACCP, or FSSC food safety-related training
- Experience within the meat processing industry
- Familiarity with allergen control practices
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the food safety system
- Implement and maintain food safety regulations and industry requirements
- Conduct internal audits and oversee external audits
- Lead and manage the quality checker team
- Drive the new product development process
