Fleet Customer Service Controller

Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service and technical support in a dynamic environment? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telematics Support Specialist. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our dealers and customers, providing expert assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer support to dealers and customers specifically related to Telematics.
• Ensure all service and support requests are accurately entered into the contact management system.
• Handle all inbound calls from internal and external sources, including providing price and availability information, part numbers, application assistance, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support regarding product information and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with the Customer Service team and subject matter experts to resolve open questions.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telematics or a similar field within a customer service or call center environment.
• Proficiency in basic PC use, including keyboard and headset operation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to interpret customer issues, troubleshoot effectively, and translate them into solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Empathy towards customer concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tasks on the job.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment.
• Primary function includes answering calls and providing excellent customer support.
