Masa Outsourcing is currently looking for Fleet Controller that have experience in working for company that is within the earth-moving machinery industry. Candidate should be an experienced and dynamic Operations person. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient resource management, enforce safety and compliance, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Daily Operations Management:- Confirm planned activities, ensuring teams are prepared with the required resources and support.
- Collaborate with the Stores team to verify tools are packed, certified, and compliant with LTI color codes.
- Oversee the morning dispatch of teams, ensuring proper briefing and readiness.
- Facilitate pre-loading of trucks to minimize delays.
- Plan and execute weekend loading as needed to meet operational deadlines.
- Track team and vehicle locations, ensuring vehicles are properly issued and approved.
Job Monitoring and Reporting:- Conduct regular progress checks at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm to identify and address delays.
- Report vehicle breakdowns and assist in organizing repairs or alternative transportation.
- Ensure accurate job documentation, including HIRA, job sheets, and timesheets, reporting any discrepancies.
- Complete daily updates on job costs and activities, addressing changes promptly.
Compliance and Safety:- Enforce OHSA regulations and company policies by issuing warnings for infractions.
- Ensure operations adhere to all legal and safety standards.
- Supervise PPE management, including purchasing, issuing, and tracking via the Safety Department register.
- Maintain staff inductions and access for contract sites, ensuring updates to monitoring systems.
Team Leadership and Supervision:- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising staff, ensuring a skilled workforce.
- Guide teams on safe and efficient task completion within designated hours.
- Facilitate rotational weekend standby schedules with management.
Process and System Improvement:- Enhance operational management systems and best practices to improve efficiency.
- Plan inventory, oversee warehouse operations, and manage purchasing of materials.
- Collaborate with the workshop team on vehicle maintenance and depot upkeep.
Administrative Duties:- Manage the daily planner, ensuring accurate and timely communication to management.
- Handle emails, ensuring effective communication between sales, clients, and internal teams.
- Maintain a clean and organized operations office.
- Oversee vehicle and trailer licensing and fine management.
Financial Oversight:- Analyze financial data to improve profitability and control costs.
- Ensure timely invoicing within 48 hours of job completion and by the 5th of each month.
Customer Service and Quality Control:- Continuously seek ways to enhance customer service quality and ensure client satisfaction.
Perform quality control checks in collaboration with Stores and Management.
