In this role, you''ll assist customers with assembly queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring they have the best possible experience with the products. You’ll be the go-to expert, providing guidance via phone, email, and chat while also contributing to improving assembly instructions.

• Assisting customers with assembly instructions and resolving technical issues
• Providing expert support via phone, email, and chat
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting flat pack furniture problems
