POSITION INFO:
Job Responsibilities:

• Major and minor servicing of all vehicles
• Engine repairs on all makes models of trucks, plant and machinery, cars and bakkies
• Re-building of all engines
• Reconditioning of Cylinder Heads
• Pressure testing Cylinder Heads
• Crankshaft Straightening
• Crankshaft grinding and polishing
• Crankshaft building of trusts
• Skimming of Cylinder Heads and Blocks
• Reboring of Cylinder Heads
• Conrod resizing
• Line Boring
• Welding (incl. aluminium)
• Making of Tools
• Repairing Axles
• Skim flywheels
• Repairs to Drive Shafts
• Repairs to Diff
• Remove and replace inserts
• General Engineering
• Marine Engineering
• Manufacturing of spares

• Grade 12
• Qualified trade tested fitter & turner
• 2-4 years of experience as a qualified fitter & turner
