SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in Epping, Western Cape is looking for a Finished Goods Warehouse Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

National Senior Certificate (Minimum)
3+ years relevant experience in supervisory management
Working knowledge of SAP, Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

Co-ordination of production, loading and transport
Capture all outward movements of CHEP pallets (THAN & PCN); monitor CHEP pallet stock level and re-order as necessary; conduct regular stock counts
Ensure finished goods store is run in accordance with plant policies and procedures
Conduct monthly stock take for finished goods maintaining a minimum level of stock difference
Arrange third party transport for long distance deliveries
Responsible for management and organisation of permanent staff in reporting structure.
Ensure that workplace safety standards are met and that appropriate safety clothes, shoes, hearing protection, etc are used.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure that flow of production is maintained.
Communicate daily with team members and Sales Co-Ordinator
Printing of picking lists and invoicing during periods of absence of Sales Co-Ordinator.

Suitable candidate must have good interpersonal skills at all levels, have good problem-solving skills.
