Are you passionate about the African off-grid energy sector? Do you have a proven track record in raising finance for off-grid companies in Sub-Saharan Africa? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Position: Financial Transaction Advisor

Requirements:

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finances, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, such as working with financial institutions, banks, investment funds, international donors, or legal firms
- Demonstrated ability and expertise in raising finance for off-grid companies in Sub-Saharan Africa
Skills and Knowledge:
- In-depth knowledge of the African off-grid energy sector
- Extensive and proven networks of investors in the African off-grid energy sector
- Ability to manage, interact, and engage with other financial or legal firms
- Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is an added advantage
