Position: Financial Transaction Advisor

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finances, Law, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, such as working with financial institutions, banks, investment funds, international donors, or legal firms
  • Demonstrated ability and expertise in raising finance for off-grid companies in Sub-Saharan Africa
• Skills and Knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge of the African off-grid energy sector
  • Extensive and proven networks of investors in the African off-grid energy sector
  • Ability to manage, interact, and engage with other financial or legal firms
  • Proficiency in French and/or Portuguese is an added advantage
