POSITION INFO:
A leading company is looking for an experienced Financial Reporting Manager with extensive group consolidations expertise to join their dynamic finance team. ð¹ Key Responsibilities:
âï¸ Oversee group consolidations and financial reporting processes.
âï¸ Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
âï¸ Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
âï¸ Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders on financial performance.
âï¸ Drive process improvements and automation in reporting functions.
âï¸ Manage audits and liaise with external auditors.

ð¹ What You Bring:
â CA(SA) / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification.
â 5+ years in financial reporting & consolidations within a corporate group.
â Strong technical expertise in IFRS & financial reporting standards.
â Experience working with large, complex group structures.
â Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar).
â Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
