Are you a skilled CA(SA) with a passion for managing complex financial processes in a high-performance environment? This prominent multinational business is searching for a Financial Reporting Manager to bring their expertise to a fast-growing and impactful team.

POSITION INFO:
This well-established organization operates at the forefront of its industry, serving a diverse, global client base. The Financial Reporting Manager will play a critical role in overseeing multi-currency consolidations, leading the group reporting function, and providing strategic financial insights. This position is perfectly suited for a candidate with experience in large-scale operations with annual revenues exceeding R 1 billion.

Other Duties Include:

Managing the financial reporting team, ensuring high performance and development.
Overseeing group reporting processes in compliance with IFRS.
Delivering accurate and timely consolidated financial statements.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting systems.
Leading multi-currency consolidations and addressing related complexities.
Supporting strategic decision-making through detailed financial insights.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A minimum of 8 years post-articles experience.
Extensive exposure to group reporting and multi-currency consolidations.
Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience in organizations with annual revenues exceeding R 1 billion.
Strong technical IFRS knowledge and financial acumen.
