POSITION INFO:
We are excited to invite applications for a Financial Planning and Analytics Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified CA(SA) with a passion for leveraging data to drive strategic financial decisions. Join our team and contribute to shaping our financial future with your expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of financial plans and strategic forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance benchmarking.
Manage and enhance financial models to forecast and evaluate financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
Support the budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Analyze business performance against financial targets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with overall business strategy.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.

Qualifications:

Fully qualified CA(SA) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
