Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial plans and strategic forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, trend identification, and performance bench-marking.
• Manage and enhance financial models to forecast and evaluate financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Support the budgeting process, including the preparation of detailed budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Analyze business performance against financial targets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Collaborate with various departments to align financial planning with overall business strategy.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all financial reporting.

• Fully qualified CA(SA) with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
