An industry-leading FMCG company is looking for a dynamic Finance Operational Manager (CA(SA)) to drive efficiency, optimize financial processes, and lead a high-performing team. This role is perfect for a results-driven finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to make a tangible impact on business operations.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

CA(SA) qualification
Minimum 5 years post-articles experience
Strong background in the FMCG industry
Proven leadership and team management skills
Experience in financial operations, reporting, and process improvement

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
Additional certifications in finance or management would be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee and optimize financial operations and reporting
Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
Lead and mentor a finance team to enhance performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
