Job Experience & Skills Required:

BCom in Finance/Accounting
10 years of finance experience, with at least 5 years managing senior accountants
Automotive industry experience is essential
Strong leadership and strategic financial planning skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee regional financial performance and reporting
Drive cost optimization and profitability initiatives
Lead and mentor a team of senior accountants
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
Partner with senior stakeholders to support business growth
