SUMMARY:
A Financial Manager is needed.

POSITION INFO:
Our client, situated in Braamfontein, is currently seeking a Financial Manager to join their finance team.

Job Profile:

Preparation of annual financial statements.
Responsible for the company's tax affairs (income, provisional, VAT, PAYE, etc).
Checking that the inter-company accounts are reconciled weekly.
Managing the financial team.
Capturing journals.
Producing monthly management accounts.
Responsible for the annual company budget (forecasting and variance analysis).

Qualifications & Experience:

Registered CA(SA).
5 – 7 years post-articles experience in the Property industry (beneficial).
5 years’ experience in financial accounting.
3 years people management experience.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
