POSITION INFO:

Job Description:
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
Review strategies and structures to provide accurate guidance on budget inputs
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to offer clear budget guidelines
Assess budget proposals to ensure compliance with established guidelines
Analyze the budget data and recommend necessary adjustments
Offer comprehensive support in the budget preparation process
Review margins and variances compared to previous budgets to offer insightful guidance
Present budgets to the centralized office team for review and approval
Conduct variance analysis on management reports and address any discrepancies
Compiling executive committee and board reports, including in-depth financial analyses
Overseeing debt collection efforts and providing performance feedback to each entity
Additional ad-hoc tasks as required

Skills & Experience:
6-8 years of experience in a financial management position
Proficiency in Excel and other ERP systems

Qualification:
Finance degree
Registered with any professional body
