POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
As the Financial Manager, you will be responsible for:

Overseeing the full financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Preparing monthly management reports and annual financial statements.
Managing cost control and profitability analysis across departments.
Ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and internal controls.
Liaising with external Auditors, banks, and service providers.
Providing strategic financial advice to hotel management and ownership.

Experience & Skills Required:

BCom or BCom Honours in Accounting or Finance.
At least 5 years of financial management experience.
Previous experience in the hospitality or hotel industry (non-negotiable).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.
