My client has a fantastic offer available for a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of the operational finance function for the Group. This hands-on leadership role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting skills and a results-driven mindset to meet deadlines. Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day financial operations
Prepare and produce accurate monthly financial reports
Analyse and interpret financial information
Manage budget preparation and cost management
Manage and oversee Cash management
Oversee financial year-end audit
Prepare VAT, Tax and statutory reporting
Manage asset management
Review, update and implement financial policies and procedures
Oversee insurance administration
Develop and maintain relationships with external
Lead and manage the finance team

Requirements:

CA (SA) or CIMA qualification advantageous
B.Com (Hons) Accounting or equivalent with completed articles min
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role
Proven track record of managing a team of at least 3 - 4 team members
Proficient in accounting software
Strong skills with MS Office and MS Excel Advanced (non-negotiable)
