A prominent provider of tailored financial solutions in the aviation industry is currently seeking an experienced and proactive Financial Manager to lead their financial management function on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning, reporting, and compliance, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

Assist with budgets, forecasts, and deal settlements.
Oversee monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing audits.
Develop financial models to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for improvement.
Manage cash flow, liquidity, and bank accounts.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Communicate financial strategies and results to stakeholders.
Handle tax calculations, VAT recons, EMP201, and other financial transactions.

Qualifications & skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CIMA).
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
