SUMMARY:
FINANCIAL MANAGER
KZN - PIETERMARITZBURG
Responsible for managing the finance team and overseeing the full accounting function.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years in accounting
BCOM Degree
Auditing experience
CIMA/CA(SA) advantageous

Duties:

Oversee the processing of source documents.
Conduct financial planning and analysis.
Manage financial accounting and reporting.
Prepare monthly management accounts
Oversee investment, risk, and cash flow management.
Maintain and monitor internal controls to ensure accurate financial data.
Assist in preparing and submitting VAT, PAYE, and provisional tax returns.
Maintain the fixed asset register, ensuring accurate depreciation schedules and physical asset verification.
Preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and variance reports.
Provide support during audits by preparing audit files, reconciliations, and necessary reports.
Ensure compliance and regulation
