Financial Manager

POSITION INFO:

Manage the monthly closing of books and review balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and weekly client revenue trackers
Develop and present management reporting packs, including variance analysis and commentary
Oversee debtors, WIP, and creditor reconciliations
Handle working capital and cash flow management
Authorize local payments on online banking systems
Ensure revenue recognition complies with IFRS 15 standards
Conduct monthly VAT and EMP submissions
Implement and manage new financial processes to ensure policy compliance
Provide client profitability analysis and input into client fee structures
Support new business pitches and prepare ad-hoc analyses for senior management
Coordinate audits and prepare annual financial statements
Manage and optimize reporting systems such as Chase, Navision, and Sage

Skills & Experience:
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Strong analytical skills with intellectual curiosity
Excellent oral and written communication abilities
Proven multitasking and priority management capabilities
Experience in financial management and reporting systems

Qualification:
CA(SA) with minimum 1 year of post articles experience
