Requirements:

• Oversee preparation of the monthly management accounts and financial statements
• Generate reports offering financial insights
• Drive the annual budgeting process
• Analyse budget to actual variances with recommendation actions
• Monitor and manage cash flow
• Improve performance of key areas, inventory, accounts payable, and cash collections
• Manage and maintain banking relationships
• Plan and coordinate external audits
• Liaise with tax experts to ensure tax compliance and on time tax submissions
• Lead and support the finance team
• Review and approve team outputs
• Oversee day-to-day finance operations
• Provide financial support to other departments
• Work with ERP systems and other financial tools to streamline reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• Qualified CA(SA) preferably or
• BCom in Accounting, with signed off articles
• 3 - 5 years of experience in a management position
• Advanced MS Office and MS Excel skills essential
• Proficiency in ERP systems, such as Syspro or equivalent
