A well-known fast-food chain in South Africa is currently looking for Financial Manager to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This role involves leading financial management and strategy to optimize performance, ensure compliance, and support sustainable growth within a dynamic food industry environment.

Duties:

Oversee the full financial management function, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance.
Provide strategic financial insights to senior management to support decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.
Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure effective controls.

Qualifications & skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) qualification.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Manager in the FMCG, manufacturing, or retail industry.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
