POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Financial Manager to join our team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee all aspects of financial management for our South African operations. This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.

Duties:

Manage financial reporting and analysis, ensuring accuracy and transparency
Lead the finance team in day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
Implement best practices in business controls and compliance
Collaborate with senior management to optimize financial performance and support decision-making
Drive ERP system enhancements and other strategic projects
Ensure regulatory compliance and uphold corporate governance standards

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Accounting
CTA
CA(SA)

Experience:

Completed SAICA articles
2-3 years post articles experience in a similar role

Must have financial management experience in the manufacturing industry
2 - 3 years’ experience on any reputable accounting package (CaseWare)

Skills & Competencies:

Logical and analytical thinker
Elevated levels of initiative and problem solving – solutions focused
Work independently, with a high degree of responsibility
Confidentiality – business advisor / professional approach
Accuracy and accountability
