POSITION INFO:
This is your chance to step into a pivotal leadership role as a Financial Director within a reputable and established company. Other Duties Include:

Spearheading financial strategy, planning, and analysis to ensure sustained growth.
Driving operational efficiencies through effective financial management and reporting.
Leading a high-performing finance team and fostering a culture of collaboration.
Overseeing compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
Supporting strategic initiatives and working closely with executive leadership to achieve business goals.
Managing stakeholder relationships and contributing to the overall direction of the organization.

Education:

CA(SA) qualification is essential

Job Experience & Skills Required:

A minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience, with at least 5 years in an executive financial leadership role.
Proven expertise in the automotive or motor industry is highly beneficial.
Strong strategic and operational decision-making skills.
Exceptional leadership abilities, with a track record of driving team and organizational success.
Adept at change management and driving transformation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
