SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to lead the finance function of an organisation while also driving business process improvements.

POSITION INFO:
You need:

a strong financial background
the ability to develop, implement, and refine systems and processes
the ability to collaborate with IT developers to brief and spec system enhancements that support operational efficiency.
to be a strategic thinker
a hands-on approach to finance and business optimisation
to be commercially minded making effort to understand the business model

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Staff Management
Cash Management
Investments, insurance, budgeting
Drive the company’s financial strategy
Financial reports
Cross Functional collaboration wrt system functionalities
Development of the annual operating and capital budgets, and reporting
Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools
Comply with all regulatory requirements
Responsible for Systems management and implementation
Responsibility for the complete financial functions across different markets
TAX and VAT regulation responsibility across different markets
Compliance reporting and management
Cross funtional collaboration with HR
Oversee IT systems (all related to finance)

Salary will be market related and is negotiable for the right candidate.
