POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements

BCom Honours Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
A CA(SA) qualification or MBA is highly advantageous
At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with 5+ years at a senior level
Proven ability to drive business growth and financial performance
Experience in construction, mining, or industrial sectors required
Strong knowledge of IFRS, compliance, and corporate finance
Experience managing cross-border financial operations in Africa
Expertise in risk management, treasury, and international banking relationships
A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to business development and financial structuring
Willingness to travel extensively within Africa
