The successful company will be responsible for:

Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Identify areas of improvement and cost-saving opportunities
Collaborate with executive management
Assess investment opportunities
Manage the capital structure
Preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
Evaluate operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and optimize resource allocation
Team management and development

Education:

CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:
