An opportunity for a Financial Controller (1 year renewable contract).

POSITION INFO:
My client is a global leader in the engineering industry, with over a century of excellence in delivering cutting-edge solutions. They are seeking a highly skilled Financial Controller (CA(SA)) to join their dynamic finance team on a 1-year renewable contract. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the financial strategy and operations at a company renowned for its heritage and forward-thinking approach.

Duties:

Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
Financial planning and analysis
Budgeting and forecasting
Monitor and maintain internal controls
Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations

Education and Experience:

BCom Accounting
CIMA (Management Level minimum)
At least 5 years' experience in a similar role in the engineering sector
