This role reports to the Head of Finance and will assume responsibility for financial management and reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, conducting variance analysis and providing strategic recommendations to senior management, budgeting & forecasting, performing cash flow management and ensuring efficient capital allocation. Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring alignment with business objectives

Job Experience and Skills Required:

B.Com degree In Accounting
CIMA In Progress-Strategic level
9 years of relevant Property experience
