POSITION INFO:
An industry leader in electrical solutions is seeking a proactive and meticulous Financial Controller to become a part of their Group Finance team.

In this position, you will manage the organisationâs financial operations and ensuring adherence to accounting standards.

Duties:

Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, legal requirements, and regulations.
Perform variance analysis and offer insights into financial performance.
Design and enforce robust internal controls to protect company assets.
Manage and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues.
Oversee cash flow management to maintain operational liquidity.
Develop and execute cash management strategies to enhance working capital efficiency.
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Work with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of business decisions.
Identify and promote opportunities for automation and process improvements.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:Â

Matric (Grade 12)
BCom Finance
BCom Honours
CA(SA) / CIMA

Â
Experience:Â

Completed SAICA Articles
At least 3 years of experience in a financial management / controller role
Must have a good understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Experience with ERP systems
