SUMMARY:
Take the helm of financial operations for a manufacturing subsidiary driving operational excellence and strategic growth. This role offers the chance to refine processes, deliver actionable insights, and mentor a dedicated finance team.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Oversee accurate and timely preparation of monthly financial statements.
Develop profit & loss forecasts and annual budgets.
Analyze financial trends and partner with leadership to drive strategy.
Lead process improvements to maintain a robust control environment.
Coach and manage the finance team, fostering growth and inclusivity.

Qualifications:

7+ years in finance/accounting with a strong grasp of standards.
Solid understanding of risk assessment and internal controls.
Proficiency in general accounting, auditing, and financial analysis; CA(SA) preferred.
Familiarity with US GAAP
