The company is a prominent firm that specializes in real estate and property investment. This company focuses on managing and developing commercial and retail properties. It is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) and is well-regarded for its significant role in the South African property market.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Produce accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with regulations
Develop budgets and forecasts to guide financial planning
Perform in-depth financial analyses to drive strategic decisions
Implement and maintain controls to protect company assets
Facilitate external audits and address findings effectively
Ensure adherence to financial regulations and accounting standards
Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
Manage financial systems and software integration
Develop and enforce financial policies for consistency

Qualifications:

BCom in Finance
AGA (SA)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience
