We seek a skilled and detail-oriented Finance BI Analyst to join our client''s dynamic team. In this role, you will transform data into actionable insights directly influencing strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection and Validation:

  • Gather, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.

• Financial and Statistical Analysis:

  • Perform detailed analyses to uncover trends and actionable insights, focusing on business performance metrics and financial data.

• Visualization and Reporting:

  • Create dynamic visualizations, dashboards, and detailed reports to communicate findings effectively.

• Collaboration with Stakeholders:

  • Work closely with finance, accounting, and business teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that align with business goals.

• Accounting System Integration:

  • Extract and analyze financial data from systems like Sage, Pastel, and Microsoft Dynamics.

• Data Integrity and Compliance:

  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial data, aligning outputs with accounting and financial standards.

• Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and reduce inefficiencies.

Technical Skills:

• Data Analysis Tools: Advanced Excel, SQL, Python or R.
• Accounting Software: Sage, Pastel, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Data Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau.
