Job & Company Description:

The South African company is a leading distributor of premium consumer technology products, including Apple, DJI, and Nintendo. It has been the sole distributor of Apple products in Sub-Saharan Africa for over two decades, managing supply chain logistics, marketing, and enterprise sales. The company operates a well-known retail chain with over 25 stores across South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, and Nigeria, as well as an online store. Recently, its long-held exclusivity in Apple distribution faced competition with the entry of a second official distributor in South Africa.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Analyse financial data to support business decision-making and strategic planning
Develop and maintain financial models to assess performance and forecast trends
Utilize Power BI to create dynamic reports and dashboards for data visualization
Conduct margin analysis and pricing evaluations to optimize profitability
Handle large datasets, ensuring accuracy and integrity in financial reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and recommendations
Identify cost-saving opportunities and areas for financial improvement

Qualifications & Experience:

BCom in Finance
Minimum 2 years’ experience
