Our client, an accredited Old Mutual Franchise, is looking to employ Financial Advisors to their team, to provide financial advice, recommendations, plans and solutions to their clients.

Education and Certification:

• Matric.
• Regulatory Examination (RE5) certification.
• Class of business CPD points.
• Must meet Fit and Proper Requirements.
• Clear criminal and credit record.

• Minimum of 18 months financial industry experience.
• Proven track record of success and a commitment to client service.
• Proven experience in providing financial solutions to clients.

• High ethical standards and integrity.
• Passionate, Dynamic, Driven and Ambitious.
• Good communication, interpersonal and relationships building skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Evaluate clients’ financial situations, develop tailored financial plans and guide clients.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent client service.
• Educate clients on financial products and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Generate leads and grow the client base through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
